Terms of sale

Last updated 20 October 2026. The seller is Yahala Labs, Detroit, Michigan, USA (“we”).

1. What you buy. A lifetime licence for one person to use Ali PDF Editor, all current and future versions.
2. Price. $8.99 in US dollars, including any applicable tax shown at checkout. Prices may change; a change never affects a licence already bought.
3. Delivery. The licence key is emailed to the address given at checkout, normally within a minute of payment. If it does not arrive, contact us.
4. Refunds. Within 7 days of purchase, for any reason; see the refund policy. A refunded key stops working.
5. Trial. The free trial is seven days, with every feature.
6. Support. By email, in English, with no guaranteed response time, though we aim for one working day.
7. No warranty beyond the law. Form detection works from the picture of a page and can miss or misplace blanks, especially on faint or crooked scans. Check a filled form before you send it. Ali PDF Editor is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the price paid.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
